Tim Fair | Owner / Project Development

After attending programs at Temple University in Landscape Architecture and Delaware Valley College for Landscape & Construction Management, Tim went on to launch his career in construction in 2005. Starting with outdoor living spaces, excavation, and site management, he soon realized his love and passion for construction and the building process was something he would never outgrow. With 12 years of experience in the field, Tim knows what it takes to make a project come to life in a professional and timely manner. His favorite part of the construction process is working closely with clients to bring their ideas to life. As your project developer, Tim will work alongside you through the entire design and construction process to exceed your expectations from concept through completion.

Evan G. Reed | Owner / Project Management

Evan is driven by his passion for luxury home design, superior building practices and top level customer experience. He has been nationally recognized by Skills USA for his expertise in cabinet making and carpentry and for the past 10 years he has provided Southeastern PA with luxury kitchen and bath design/renovations, period restorations and custom architectural millwork. In addition to his own projects, Evan has served as a superintendent for one of the area’s top builders. His skill in design and custom millwork along with his experience in managing tradesmen and contractors in the field is invaluable and his attention to detail and quality rises above and beyond typical construction standards. Serving as your project manager, Evan’s top priority will be to ensure your project is completed in a timely and professional manner.
